| Circle of people on the Earth at Vedrussia. |
In the natural reality of the Earth, all people are equal. We have built ourselves a civilisation where the natural reality is hidden. We toil every day again a million invisible barricades designating and restricting our social position, and our original purpose is sometimes difficult to perceive.
Yet we can get it back, and we are, little by little, bit by bit, with every seed sprouted, every morning washing with pure water, each time we taste a fresh herb, a fruit, berry or vegetable grown with love, every time we use our imagination to dream a wonderful future together…
In the taiga, Vladimir asks Anastasia's grandfather for advice on registering our new political party, the party of the people's majority, партии народной болшинетва. Grandfather just laughs. He says, "You yourselves will have to become the registrar."
This is a simpler task than it might seem. The role of these government institutions is simply to maintain order and organise regional cooperation. This is easy enough for anybody who is thoughtful, intelligent, kind and lives with the energy of love.
A registrar is just a person who enters information into the official records of government organisations. At present on the Earth, governments are pretty much the organisations which control the army and the police force over a certain region, according to the guidance of their legal system made up of courts, judges, lawyers and other officials.
All of this is implicated in Grandfather's advice. According to Grandfather, our party of the people's majority must replace all the functions of these government institutions, thereby becoming the registrars ourselves.
In the future, such registrations will be carried out telepathically, assisted by village meetings where every person has equal political power. This is the veche, вече structure.
We might also wonder, from Grandfather's response, if we, the people of the Earth, are not currently the registrars, the who is?
It seems to me, brothers and sisters, that our governments at the moment are not actually operated by people, and that this has been the case for some time. The activities of our national institutions are pretty much carried out according to ideological imagery. At present, this happens to be the image of accumulating money, tormenting ourselves and each other, and concentrating resources in inefficient hoards. Although it could well be to work at a state factory, hail one's leader and follow orders exactly, as was the case in socialist or communist countries.
Today, the technocratic image and its accompanying legislation is implemented by robotic functionaries who are neither educated nor encouraged to contemplate their actions.
But we must contemplate! We must think!
This is the task of our people's party, our network of thoughtful people around the planet Earth. We must continue to increase our knowledge, to refine our imagery, and to visualise ever more powerful realities for our collective enjoyment.
We must remain mindful and supportive of our governments. Many times, the people in government are burdened awfully by a constant stream of stressful information. We can help by modelling attractive and clearly-understandable possibilities for our future sustainable development.
A great idea doesn't need marketing or advertising, which is deceptive in its nature. It spreads itself. The idea of rodoviye pomestya is a great idea! Making land available for sustainable development is the top priority in every country in the world. This is the single piece of legislation that ensures a country's future prosperity.
Friends, let's stay involved and keep thinking about how to design and implement our own governance, our own natural order, and our own institutions which represent all the people of the planet Earth. We can achieve this, and it must happen from the bottom up, from us, the people.
It is extremely important that we become comfortable with the idea of making decisions together, in a way that every single person is happy. This is of utmost importance. Alienating each other leads only to conflict and destruction. This was the elders' mistake, that moment when one person posed themselves superior, and disregarded the idea of another, pretending it didn't exist.
We cannot ignore each other. Every person is important! Every person is part of this story on the Earth, a brilliant arrangement with billions of moving parts.
It's easiest to deal with our inner circles on this basis, so that's the place to begin. Let's start to implement equality in our daily lives. No-one should be over-ruled on the basis of age, education, wealth, or any other feature. Each moment is a new opportunity to prove one's rational abilities and superior calculations, so let us listen to each other carefully, with interest, and create a fully coherent image of a planetary civilisation which suits every person equally.
I have recently been very interested by the organising abilities of Lenin, Stalin and the philosophers who preceded them intellectually. During a very difficult time, their decision was to rapidly industrialise their Soviet Union with enormous heavy industry, weaponry and electricity. Dissent was not tolerated: dissenters or suspects were sent to prison camps where many died.
Yet we cannot ignore the beneficial legacy of the Soviet Union on the history of the planet Earth. It preserved the image of a thriving society where all people are equal, responsible, hard-working and well-behaved, at a time where the images of the West were glorifying aggressive selfishness, competition, trickery, lies, deceit, pornography and drug abuse. Even if the image was not realised, the idea was born.
It was the Soviet Union which established free universal education, healthcare, housing, minimum wage and freedom of travel as norms of our civilisation.
The Soviet Union allotted millions of dachas to its citizens, alleviating several world crises which could have easily resulted during the unstable years following its collapse. According to Anastasia, the people on their Soviet dachas directly prevented a planetary catastrophe in 1992. The Earth felt their tender caresses, their bare hands, their feelings of love, not the monstrous machinery that scraped at it elsewhere, and decided to hold on (Who Are We? Chapter 5, 'Precursors of a New Civilisation').
The Soviet Union cleared the stage for Vladimir Megre and Anastasia to enter with a new national idea for Russia, a national idea which is slowly but very solidly gaining interest. The simple idea of rodoviye pomestya has a great deal similar to the dreams of the socialists in the century before. It is a life where each person takes responsibility of their own family, of their own health, where people work together for the good of the whole, and where every person is included.
Yet the dream isn't here yet. It is still in process, and it is up to us to complete this image of a perfect planet Earth.
The environment, living natural things, plants, animals, people, water, trees, grass, flowers, bees, creatures… this is what was missing from the Soviet Union. These natural elements must be at the centre of our collective government organisation, all of which must function to protect and preserve the energy of love within our families.
I therefore propose the creation of a new planetary Union, which shall consist only of unwritten agreements between people of equal standing - Союз Родовых Поместии Земли. Soyuz Rodovikh Pomestiy Zemli.
Knowledge of this Union already exists in the dimensions of thought, created by many people both past, present and future. My decision this morning is to write about this Union and bring your attention to its existence. The rest is up to us.
My friends, may you enjoy the sweet taste of a flower's pollen today.
